  • Payroll processing (bi-weekly) for up to 5 employees or contractors (run by you)
  • Payroll tax form filing (1 state & federal)-done by you
  • Online payroll tax payments (done by you)
  • Calculates & withholds all required payroll taxes (FICA, FUTA, SUTA/SUI, SS, Medicare, state, etc.)
  • W-2 e-filing service with IRS after end of year (for employees)
  • Direct Deposit & Paper check printing (done by you)
  • Online paystub/paycheck access for your employees/contractors via secure login

  • Limited email support
  • Easy access & specials rates for pay-as-you-go workers compensation insurance (optional)

Custom Add-On Services (Add $50/month per Add-On):

  • Additional Payroll processing (bi-weekly) for 5 employees or contractors (run by you)
  • Additional state tax form filing (done by you)
  • 1099 e-file service with IRS after end of year (block of 5 per add-on).
  • Integrated online employee or contractor time-tracking (5 employees) which eliminates need to enter hours into payroll system. (More than 10, please contact us).

The service will support up to 150 employees or contractors. If you have more than 20 employees/contractors, please contact us for discounted volume rates.

Our Payroll Standalone DIY Package is geared specifically towards business owners who prefer a more hands-on approach to their business's payroll. This service includes your own dedicated Online Payroll Portal which gives you 24 hour access to your business payroll data, all within your full control. You (or your staff) processes your payroll, all via your dedicated Payroll Portal!

This service includes setup of your payroll file, bi-weekly payroll processing for 5 employees and/or contractors, direct deposit, paper check printing, automatic payroll tax calculations (1 state & federal), payroll tax payment reminders, online payroll tax payment service, end of year W2 e-file service with the IRS, email & phone support, and more!

If you want to streamline your payroll but want to run/process it yourself, this is your best fit!

We do offer additional add-on services for $50/month per add-on. These include: payroll processing for 5 additional employees/contractors, end of year contractor 1099 e-file service with the IRS (blocks of 5 contractors), integrated time-tracking in your Payroll Portal so that your employees/contractors can enter their own hours (blocks of 5 employees/contractors).
